Returns

Please register your return no later than 30 days from the date you signed the contract. Within this time, we will send you an email confirming the outcome of your return/complaint. In the event of withdrawal, you will receive an immediate refund/replacement. Complaint processing time may take up to 3 months.

 

We offer a partial/full refund, reshipment, or exchange in case of:

  • the product is damaged or defective (except for light dents and scratches);
  • customer received the wrong color or size;
  • the customer received a different product than he ordered;
  • missing parts that do not affect the functionality of the product.

 

There is no possibility of free return or complaint in the event of:

  • the customer wants to make a return without reason;
  • he doesn't like the product;
  • the purchase of the wrong product is the customer's fault;
  • the product shows any signs of use;
  • an incorrect shipping address was provided;
  • tracking information has been deleted by logistics companies or local post offices;
  • the shipments were returned/thrown away/detained due to the recipient's failure to comply with customs clearance obligations in accordance with the foreign trade policy of the given country;
  • differences in products that have been noticed, reported and agreed in advance with the customer;
  • the products have an unusual smell;
  • damage to the packaging.

 

Return of jewelry, accessories and marked products

Jewelry and accessories, including headbands, crowns, hair clips, veils, hair bands, and other items identified in the product description, are non-returnable. We offer reshipment at the customer's expense or a refund of half the product price. Return requests in this case will only be accepted if the product has not been used or opened.

 

Cancelling an order

We offer a full refund for order cancellations only if the product has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Otherwise, it is unlikely to be possible.

 

In the event of a complaint regarding the receipt of a product other than the one purchased, or the occurrence of damage not resulting from the customer's fault, please send photos or videos of the product with a detailed explanation to the following e-mail address: info@sweetvictoria.pl
