Sweet Victoria allows customers to purchase products available for sale online. Customers can take advantage of various promotions and bonuses.

Availability of online shopping service

The online shopping service is available to people who have completed  18 years old.

The offered products are distributed only in EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the Netherlands .  

Products contain the following information: item name, item photos, item description,
composition, colors and sizes of the item, care instructions, price in the currency of the destination country.

The color of the actual product may be slightly different from the color shown in the pictures due to the quality of the computer monitor.

Special offers, promotions and discounts are valid for the stated period or while supplies last.

Sweet Victoria strives to ensure that the information contained on this website is complete, truthful, and accurate. Any errors will be promptly reviewed and corrected or removed.

Instructions for making online purchases

  1. Items selected for purchase should be added to the shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon.
  2. The shopping cart contains the name, size, color and price of the product in the currency of the destination country (including shipping costs and taxes).
  3. When making a purchase, you will be required to provide personal data, which will be added to a database to process your order through the website. Personal data provided by users will be consistent with Sweet Victoria's privacy policy. Users may access, correct, withdraw consent, and obtain information about their orders at any time. Personal data must be accurate to ensure proper order delivery.
  4. When finalizing your order before it is shipped, you will be presented with a detailed order summary for confirmation, including a list of products purchased, your unique order number, the final price (including shipping costs and taxes) and other delivery information.

In the case of payment by credit or debit card, the transaction will be completed online, i.e. in real time, via the payment gateway of the relevant financial institution after prior verification of the accuracy of the data provided by the user.

A message will be sent to the email address provided  with the order description and personal information you provided. If you do not receive the message, it may be due to a temporary network connectivity issue or incorrectly entered information.

Availability of ordered products

All orders placed are subject to product availability.  If any of the ordered items are found to be out of stock during order processing, the customer will be notified immediately. The amount charged for the missing item will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method used to place the online order.

The right to refuse an order

Cancellation or non-acceptance of an order may occur for the following reasons:

  1. In the event of a technical error or other difficulty when placing an order,
  2. Due to the lack of availability of the goods in stock,
  3. In the event of reasonable suspicion that the order may be false,
  4. User's minor age,
  5. Impossibility  delivery of the order to the specified address,

Sweet Victoria will then refund the amount paid in full.

 

Issuing invoices

Invoices are not issued. Receipts are available only upon request.

Payment methods

Sweet Victoria accepts the following payment methods by credit or debit card: Visa, Maestro, UnionPay and MasterCard), also via Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, Przelewy24, BLIK  and Shop Pay applications.

In the case of payment by credit or debit card, the transaction will be completed in real time, via the payment gateway assigned to the relevant financial institution after prior verification of the accuracy of the data provided by the user.

Przelewy24 online banking

Make a secure purchase through Przelewy24. Simply select this option at the checkout and you'll be redirected to the service. Select your bank from the list below and enter your credentials to log in to online banking. Authorize your purchase with your phone and complete the payment without having to enter your bank details.

This payment method is compatible with any promotional code. If you return an item, you will receive a refund using the same method of payment.

Google Pay

With Google Pay, you can shop at Sweet Victoria quickly, easily, and securely. Simply select the "Buy with Google Pay" option during checkout and choose one of your cards saved in Google Pay.

This payment method is available across devices. Android phone users can pay with Google Pay in the app. Alternatively, you can use it to shop online from your phone or computer using compatible browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera, or UCWeb UC Browser.

Apple Pay

In this case, paying via computer is recommended. To make a purchase, scan the code that appears on the screen using the camera on your iPhone or iPad (iOS 18 or higher) and then confirm the payment. Using your phone, select your payment method and confirm the purchase by double-clicking the side button on your device. Confirm the transaction using Face ID, Touch ID, or your password, depending on your iPhone or iPad version.

PayPal

Paying with PayPal is easy and secure. When making a purchase in a store, you'll be redirected to an external website. Log in to your account and enter the code you receive via text message to confirm your transaction . PayPal acts as a virtual wallet, allowing you to link any credit/debit card or choose to top up your account with funds from your bank account. We recommend using an Android or iOS phone to complete your purchases.

Delivery

Delivery Products purchased via the Sweet Victoria website are delivered within 3 to 15 business days.

Exchanges or returns will incur additional fees. To do so, please submit a return request online and follow the instructions. A shipping label will be emailed to you, which you should include with your returned item.

To avoid delivery issues (incorrect details, incorrect address, absence from home, etc.), please complete the form correctly. We also recommend providing a contact phone number.

Orders can be tracked via the Sweet Victoria website, allowing you to pinpoint the location of your order at each stage of delivery, right through to collection.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the number of items purchased. The exact shipping cost is recalculated after each item is added to the cart and is visible on the order summary page before the customer confirms the order by clicking the "Confirm payment" button and before entering their credit or debit card details.

Shipping costs are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the Help page and in the agreement on this website. In all cases, the shipping costs displayed at the time of ordering will apply.

 

Terms of exchange and/or return of goods

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return/exchange the goods for a different size, without having to justify their decision, within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. If products from a single, confirmed order were delivered separately and on different dates, the date of shipment of the last product will apply for returns.

Sweet Victoria does not accept exchanges or returns for used or damaged products (excluding manufacturing defects). For returns of these types of products, the label and seal must be intact.

It's not possible to exchange a product for a different model; it can only be exchanged for a different size. To exchange a product for a different model, you must return it and place a new order.

All returned items must be carefully packaged and include all documentation that came with the purchase. 

 

Product return procedure

  1. You must register the return in the appropriate tab of your user account panel,
  2. Once you receive the return link, you can proceed with the return,
  3. Please enter your order number and email address,
  4. A shipping label will be sent to the buyer,
  5. Delivery is free, the customer covers the return of the shipment in certain situations,
  6. All costs associated with returning the product are borne by the buyer,
  7. The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (delivery of the parcel), receipt of the order (after completing the return form),
  8. If the return is accepted, a refund will be made using the same method of payment.

Items worth less than PLN 50/EUR 15

For returned items under 50 PLN/15 EUR, the value of the shipment must be taken into account, which may exceed the value of the product. Some items may be subject to additional taxation (the customs office charges a handling fee of 15.60 PLN/4 EUR).

Products marked

Jewelry, accessories  and selected products marked are non-returnable. In this case, only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.

Complaints

You can report it within 30 days – the seller will respond to the complaint within 30 days of receiving it.

Return of damaged and faulty goods

  1. You should take a photo of the damaged (faulty) goods, if the photo cannot prove the damage to the goods, you should send a video,
  2. If damage (defect) is found, a refund or replacement of the goods will be made.

If you have any issues with sizing, please measure the product and send a photo of the dimensions, which will be reviewed by the complaints team.

Cancelling an order

Once payment has been made, orders cannot be canceled. We offer a full refund if the item has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Otherwise, we cannot.

Tracking your shipment

If the local tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered and the customer claims they have not received it, this will be investigated.

If the customer doesn't collect the package within the specified time, it will be returned to the local post office for safekeeping. If the customer doesn't collect it within three days, it will be returned to the sender.

In the case of returns, Sweet Victoria is not responsible for lost products.

 

Disclaimer  sellers

Product damage or shipping delays due to force majeure, including but not limited to: epidemics, international events, strikes, earthquakes, floods, viruses, unpredictable weather conditions, or customs inspections. In the event of force majeure, the customer will be notified via email, telephone, etc.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to underwear whose security seal was breached after shipment.

To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the customer must inform us about his/her decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an unequivocal statement  by e-mail to:

We remind you that you should not provide payment card details via email or social media.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the applicable deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
In the event of withdrawal, the customer will receive a refund of all monies paid after the purchase, including shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping offered by us), without undue delay. The refund will be made within 30 days of receiving notification of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used for the transaction, unless the customer expressly requests otherwise. In no case will the customer be charged any fees for the return.

Sweet Victoria may withhold refunds until the returned items have been received or until the customer provides proof of return, whichever comes first.

 Online fraud

Sweet Victoria will take any action it deems appropriate in the event of detection of fraud or fraudulent behavior by users who do not properly use the benefits offered.
